1. About Zendt
Zendt ("we," "us," "our") is operated by Zendt Payments Private Limited, a company incorporated in India (CIN: U62013KL2025PTC093716), with its registered office at 1/252/A, Plammottilkarot, Mattampuram, Kuruchikkara, Thrissur, Kerala, India — 680028. We provide invoicing and income-tracking software for freelancers and independent professionals who work with clients across the world. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Zendt website and software (the "Service").
Zendt is software. We are not a bank, non-banking financial company, or payment aggregator, and we do not hold, move, or have custody of your funds or your clients' funds.
2. Using the Service
The Service lets you create invoices, organize clients, and view a dashboard of your invoicing activity. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, including client details, line items, and amounts, and for complying with any laws that apply to your own business and invoicing.
3. Accounts
You'll need an account to use most of the Service. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
Certain features of the Service are offered on a subscription basis. Planned plans and pricing are shown on our pricing page. Subscriptions may not be available until Zendt launches publicly; when billing becomes available, subscription fees, billing cycles, and cancellation terms will be presented at sign-up. Cancelling a subscription stops future billing; it does not automatically delete your existing data. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
5. Payments on Invoices
When your clients pay an invoice through Zendt, payment processing is handled by Zwitch, an RBI-authorized payment aggregator. Zendt provides the software interface for creating and tracking invoices; Zwitch and its banking partners process the underlying payment transactions. Your use of invoice payment features may also be subject to Zwitch's applicable terms and policies.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to distribute unlawful content, infringe on intellectual property, interfere with the Service's operation, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data.
7. Intellectual Property
The Zendt software, branding, and website content are owned by Zendt Payments Private Limited. Nothing in these Terms grants you rights to our intellectual property beyond what is needed to use the Service as intended.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is." While we work to keep it reliable and accurate, Zendt does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and is not responsible for how you or your clients choose to act on information shown in the Service.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zendt is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Thrissur, Kerala, India.
12. Contact
Questions about these Terms can be sent to hello@zendt.in or via our Contact page.
